Our client is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations by maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, processing documentation, and providing general administrative support. Responsibilities include updating HR databases, coordinating interviews, helping with benefits and payroll paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering frontline support to employees. This role requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and maintain organized employee records
- Support the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation
- Update HR databases with employee information, attendance, and status changes
- Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Process paperwork for payroll, benefits, and new hires
